MEN ARE OBSOLETE

I miss macho, 80s, action movies that starred steroid popping supermen with clumsy accents and speech impediments. Now I have to settle for articulate dandies with CGI'd brawn and robots. Aw man...

Is it really possible that the male gender can be rendered useless? If we could manufacture sperm and/or fertilize eggs in a lab would we need men? It's not like men can give birth. (Thank god for that.)  The species would live on. In the end isn't that the point of the two genders? To make babies.

I could imagine an Amazon type world filled with lesbian wonder women employing technology like The Jetsons. I would HAVE to imagine it because I'd be long dead or some kind of sex cattle... which wouldn't be bad as long as I got the Kobe beef treatment. (Massages and beer)
